According to Eurelectric, the association that represents the European electricity industry, last year, “the EU achieved the cleanest power generation mix ever,” with emissions from the sector dropping 13% compared to 2023.

Vinerea trecuta, Comisia Europeana a publicat situatia certificatelor gratuite aferente industriei si sectorului energiei termice pentru 2024. Potrivit documentului, in data de 12 decembrie, statele membre au distribuit aproape 90% din cantitatea totala aferenta acestui an, inregistrand un progres nesemnificativ pe parcursul ultimelor doua saptamani.
