Preturile carbonului au crescut in timp ce Europa s-a confruntat cu valuri de caldura extrema

Preturile certificatelor de carbon din Europa au crescut pentru a treia sedinta consecutiva joi, revenindu-si dupa ce luni au scazut sub pragul de 70 €. Totusi, ritmul de apreciere s-a diminuat, cu cresteri in scadere: +2,33% marti, +1,91% miercuri si doar +0,18% joi.

Carbon prices surged as Europe faced extreme heat waves

European carbon prices rose for the third straight trading session on Thursday, rebounding from levels well below €70 on Monday. However, the momentum has eased, with gains slowing from +2.33% on Tuesday to +1.91% on Wednesday and just +0.18% on Thursday.

Cel mai recent raport Commitment of Traders (CoT), publicat in aceasta dimineata de platforma ICE, a aratat ca fondurile de investitii si-au redus pozitiile nete pe termen lung (pozitii pe termen lung minus pozitii pe termen scurt) la doar 15.6 milioane de alocari, fata de 23 de milioane inregistrat in saptamana precedenta.
