Miercuri, Consiliul European si Parlamentul European au ajuns la un acord pentru modificarea Legii Climei a UE, stabilind o tinta obligatorie de reducere a emisiilor nete de gaze cu efect de sera cu 90% pana in 2040, comparativ cu nivelurile inregistrate in 1990.
